The blurb doesn’t really prepare you though: although it’s balanced against a darker base, this is also a bright and fruity scent that reminds of Jelly Babies or Wine Gums. Consequently it feels playful – perhaps even a little childlike, and not as saturnine as the description might suggest. Don’t let that put you off though, it’s gorgeous, complex and pleasantly elusive to bring finally grasped.
