This is a unique, subtly-sweet, earthy medicinal beauty. Quite a wet, rainy fragrance, this smell can almost be compared to the scent of a rainbow at the top of a freshly rained-on hill – it’s a little bit earthy, grassy and subtly aquatic. Notes of bergamot and rhubarb open out onto a floral bed of orange blossom and ylang-ylang, with an ongoing scent of vanilla emanating from the base of the fragrance. Projection and longevity are good and can easily last for 7 hours or more especially if also sprayed onto clothing. A perfect partner for lovers of earthy, unique perfumes.

It’s a great dupe of Aura but I’m glad I only got a sample size because it’s been years since I tried it in a shop and it’s not half as syrupy, sweet and weird as I remember. It’s quite fresh. If you love Aura you’ll love this but it’s just not for me. That’s the good thing about buying sample sizes.
